Job summary
Under the supervision of the Finance and Human Resources Department, the Human Resources Manager's main responsibilities will be to keep HR and employee files up to date, and to play an active role in recruiting new team members.
Main responsibilities
- Post job offers on our various platforms;
- Sorting applications;
- Participate in the hiring process by conducting interviews;
- Preparation of hiring files (background investigation, preparation and signature of contracts, creation of HRIS file);
- Effective onboarding, to make the recruits' first day memorable;
- Welcoming new employees;
- Coordination of communications between managers and new arrivals;
- Material preparation (arrival box, access card, work materials).
- Participate in setting up team activities through the social club;
- Contribute to the HR content of our Linkedin page;
- Maintain the HRIS platform;
- Answer questions from HRIS platform team members;
- Update employee files on the HRIS;
- Participate in HR file discussions, when necessary;
- Any other related tasks.
Requirements
- Degree in business administration, HR or industrial relations;
- Autonomous and rigorous;
- Problem-solver;
- French and English (an asset);
- Knowledge of HRIS software (an asset).

**This is a temporary, part-time position to replace a maternity leave**.Start date is scheduled for March or April, depending on the candidate's availability. Maternity leave is scheduled for early May. The end of the contract is scheduled for the end of December, with the possibility of an extension.
